Our inspections are a visual, practical, and non destructive. At Accurate, we conduct functional inspections of the condition of major components of the structure. Our inspections cover the roof, load bearing walls, foundation, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Most inspections average around three hours in length. Since the purchase of a home is typically the largest investment, the client is encouraged to be present at the time of the inspection. At the end of the inspection we present the purchaser the findings and we provide many helpful maintenance tips.
